SHOW HOME KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
As Show Home Key Account Manager, you will be joining a friendly team of talented professionals who are committed to achieving the very best for our clients.
Responsibilities include liaising with clients face-to-face at a national level; responding to briefs; and confidently presenting designs to key decision makers. While managing our show home portfolio, you will be expected to nurture existing relationships and create new opportunities for the business.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A background in interior design, property/new homes and/or show homes

Experience in managing projects and people

Proven business acumen and a desire to meet/exceed sales targets

Passion for design and sound industry knowledge

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to work independently to tight timescales

Flexibility to work remotely all over the Midlands
Salary and bonus package commensurate on experience, company car, 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and additional days between Christmas and New Year.
SHOW HOME DESIGNER
As Show home designer you will create a variety of design schemes for inspiring and practical living environments within the house building industry.
Responsibilities will include working individually to a detailed design brief, space planning and creating mood boards for our customers to visualise our ideas.
As a highly creative individual you will have a strong interest and nderstanding of changing trends in interior design
and be able to operate both independently as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Over 3 years’ experience working directly on show home schemes for the House builder.

Relevant B/A Hons University/HND design qualification including knowledge of PC and CAD systems.

Work closely with Sales, show home Account Managers and Sales Administration Team.

Ability to work independently to set budgets and to tight timescales per show home scheme.
Salary and bonus package commensurate on experience, 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and additional days between Christmas and New Year.
